Dr. Myles Dalton
Born and raised in Nova Scotia, Dr. Myles Dalton attended Dalhousie University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (Kinesiology) in 2011. During this time, chiropractic was discovered as a passion and career path. Myles continued his education in Toronto, graduating in 2015 with a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Dr. Myles is excited to apply cutting-edge chiropractic knowledge and skills in compliment with the CFFHP team.
Extracurricular experiences include: competing in badminton at a national level, planting trees, completion of a 10-day Vipassana meditation course, and a keen interest in nutrition and preparing food. This well-rounded background translates into a holistic approach – encompassing body, mindfulness and digestive health into a complete wellness picture. Following a comprehensive assessment, Dr. Myles identifies and treats specific biomechanical dysfunctions and offers lifestyle recommendations based on the needs and goals of the individual.
