Dr. Sandy is a licensed naturopathic doctor and an alumna of McMaster University and the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She has also completed an externship in China where she trained alongside other students and doctors. Her goal is to help people enjoy life to the fullest, by optimizing their health with individualized care. She has a strong interest in acupuncture, botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, and can also order laboratory tests from LifeLabs/RMA (such as general bloodwork, IgG food sensitivity testing, inflammation panels, hormone levels, etc.).
Naturopathic medicine employs an array of practices which are natural, non-invasive, and promote self-healing. Dr. Sandy will identify and manage the root cause of a disease or disorder, not just its symptoms.
